Hooping during my lunch break

I work at USCA as the Public Information Specialist (graphics and media) , where I also teach (tutor?) a lady with hooping in the Wellness Center on our Wednesday lunch breaks. She couldn't make it last week so I recorded a bit of my practice in her absence. Yes, I'm in my work clothes, ha ha. The hoop I'm using here is weighted with water for fitness, it's a trip to dance with.
